Ideas: Make it or Break it

Thoughts can be torn into shreds
They can be recreated into something else
Some can make a persons' ground burn a scarlet red
Others can make the night sky change colours

Imagination can only go so far
Placed in the right hands, limitless
There are people who do not dream
But individuals can have a new thought for the world

Ideas are made by thoughts and imagination
Without them, life would be dark and dull
A person can let an idea drop to the floor and shatter
Another could make it into something better
One would potentially change life itself

There are grave yards of broken ideas
Unused thoughts, imaginations, aspirations
Lying on the floor, wanting to be picked up
Incomplete wonders that just needed more time
Scattered and waiting to be finished

I picked up one I tossed aside
Dusted it off and held it to the light
Put it in my bag and wandered away
Found discarded feelings floating around
Embraced their warmth and carried them
Saw what others can breathe into life
I want to create something too

Take a gander at what others have done
What beauty one can bring into existence
Perhaps you could do so yourself
Just give your thoughts and imagination attention
